So, the good news is I am making progress on my deadlines and getting work done on time (small victories!), the bad news is that this could be my new favorite and it won't be available until (gulp,) January. Booooo.
Either way, I wanted to share. This one goes out to my good friend and co-hort in all things baked (and half-baked), my friend L.C. It's about finding the right balance, right ingredients, right temperature and sometimes, just taking the right kind of time.
Oh, and butter. It's also about butter.
